Division 9 of the Public Resources Code designates RCD’S as Special Districts. A legal subdivision of the State of California, the RCD is organized to support natural resource management solutions through partnerships which individuals, organizations and agencies.
Our function is to “make available technical, financial and educational resources, whatever their source, and focus or coordinate them so that they meet the needs the local community for conservation of soil, water and related natural resources”.
The October 9, 2025 Board of Directors meeting has been adjourned to November 13, 2025 due to lack of quorum.
